Position Purpose: B2B Sales Coordinator

This position will help support our growing B2B Sales Channel which includes new business segments such as Food Service, Gift Packer, Hospitality and Promotional industries.  The main role is to support the National Sales Manager of B2B and Corporate Gifting by providing new customer set up and support working along with the Retail Product Marketing team for item set up information.

What To Expect as a Lindtern:

Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

New Customer Presentations and set up

  • Working directly with National Sales Manager on setting up new customers and providing documentation and set up forms as per customer requirements
  • Prepare customer presentations as required

Preparation of Seasonal and Everyday Price lists & Catalog

  • Prepare customer specific price lists for everyday and seasonal products, working with discount models to protect gross margin
  • Assist with annual seasonal digital catalog preparation by coordinating items and pricing with Retail Marketing

Customer Sales Meeting Attendance and follow up

  • Attend customer sales calls/meetings as required
  • Provide necessary follow-ups and meeting recaps

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

  • Prior internship and/or Project focused process and results oriented positions
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a computer and with MS software

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Experience with excel and powerpoint

Education:

  • Be a Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited University Degree Program - Preferably with a focus on Logistics or Supply Chain

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

Total Rewards:

Compensation Range: $20 an hour
