Life at Lindt
Our Stratham campus is located on the beautiful New Hampshire Seacoast in Stratham, New Hampshire. The campus includes modern office space, R&D and quality assurance labs, two warehouses, and an expansive production facility. Sustainably sourced cocoa beans are transformed into the premium chocolate the world has come to love right on site.
About the Seacoast Area
Lindt USA's Stratham Campus is conveniently located on the Seacoast of New Hampshire surrounded by cities and towns that are ideal for commuting. Stratham is located only 10 minutes from Massachusetts and 10 minutes from Maine making it an accessible drive from multiple states and directions.
Known as the Jewel of the Seacoast, downtown Portsmouth is only 10 minutes from the Lindt USA campus and is home to hundreds of restaurants, boutiques, theaters, and breweries. Portsmouth is also home to Prescott Park, a 3.5 acre waterfront venue that is most well-known for the Prescott Park Arts Festival.
An hour north affords you the opportunity to explore Portland, Maine, a thriving seaport with unique art, food, and a lively music scene. To the south you will find Boston, Massachusetts via a quick Amtrack ride or scenic drive into the city. A fun and easy way to learn about Boston's rich history and landmarks is on a Duck Boat tour, which will pass The Boston Common, Quincy Market, and then take you right into the Charles River for a view of the city by boat.
Seasonal Activities
There is nothing like Summer on the Seacoast! With some of the most beautiful coastline in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine, there are endless beaches to choose from. Nearby, the Lakes Region and the White Mountains offer family-friendly camp sites, hiking, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
The outdoor fun doesn't end with summer though, and many New Englanders call Fall the best season of all. Leaf peepers travel from all over the country during this peak season to view beautiful foliage, go apple picking, and visit fall festivals.
When the snow starts to fall, you will be able to experience the beauty of Winter in New England. We happen to be home to more than 60 different ski lodges and resorts and for our employees’ convenience, we offer discounted lift tickets to many of them.
When things thaw out and Spring blooms, it's the perfect time to visit the local farmers markets and grab some fresh tulips. If you are up for an adventure, you may want to head into Boston for opening day at the historic Fenway Park, home of the Boston Red Sox!
