Manufacturing Careers
Our Manufacturing teams enjoy a unique sense of ownership over our product development and production processes. Lindt (USA) is proud to be one of the only bean-to-bar chocolate production facilities in the country—doing everything from processing and roasting our own cocoa beans, to packing and shipping the finished truffles, bars, and boxed chocolates. Our production process is managed by some of the industry’s most talented professionals, specialists in Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Consumer Services, Facilities, Engineering, and Logistics. Highly trained Line and Machine Operators oversee the day-to-day production of Lindt chocolate.
