Diversity Equity and Inclusion
At Lindt USA, we believe in raising each other up, embracing our differences, and continually improving. Our employee-led Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee is dedicated to creating a culture of diversity and inclusion through community, education, and celebration. We value unique perspectives, diverse backgrounds and distinctive experiences that make each individual uniquely special. We are committed to providing a safe work environment where employees can build meaningful relationships and be their authentic selves. Our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion enriches our company culture and drives innovation and success. To support these efforts, we have created three Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) and twelve clubs. These groups and clubs are essential to fostering a more inclusive team. By embracing our differences and working together, we build a stronger team.
Women’s Inclusive Network
WIN provides mentoring, relationship-building, and networking opportunities to foster professional growth and development. By facilitating connections between female employees and experienced mentors, we ensure that women at Lindt have the resources and support they need to thrive in their careers. This network also hosts workshops, seminars, and events designed to address challenges specific to women in the workplace.
Culture & Heritage
C&H focuses on building connections, fostering relationships, and offering support to Lindt employees from diverse ethnic backgrounds. It aims to enhance a sense of belonging and community across Lindt by celebrating cultural heritage and promoting an understanding of different backgrounds. The Culture & Heritage ERG organizes cultural events, educational sessions, and discussion forums that highlight the diverse backgrounds of our Lindt team members encouraging an inclusive environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
PRIDE (LGTBQ+)
Dedicated to our LGBTQ+ community members and allies, the PRIDE ERG offers a platform for connection, support, and engagement, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. PRIDE provides a safe space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to share their experiences, seek support, and celebrate their identities. Additionally, PRIDE advocates for policies and practices that support LGBTQ+ rights and inclusivity, ensuring that Lindt consistently promotes equality and diversity within the workplace.

Comprised of knowledgeable professionals with a passion for safety and sustainability, our EHS Team plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for all.
The ERGs help us celebrate our differences and recognize how they strengthen our organization by providing different experiences and perspectives. I love being able to work with many different people throughout the company from operations to corporate to field sales and retail – especially when we can elevate each other’s voices and bring our visions to life.
