Position Purpose:

This person will be the go-to for planning and executing the strategic growth plan for pureplay across Amazon, Marketplaces, and Quick Commerce. We seek someone bold, curious, and confident in navigating complexity in a competitive economy. They need to be strategic and collaborative, developing strong customer relationships with innovative and sustainable growth solutions.

This role can be hybrid with the option to be based out of our Stratham, NH or Boston, MA office, or to work remotely, preferably within the New England area.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Lead business planning for Pure Play/Marketplace customers, delivering on sales growth and profitability goals.
  • Establish a direct selling relationship to further develop Lindt’s relationship with Amazon and other pure play customers, ensuring Lindt is seen as a leading partner and category growth contributor in chocolate.
  • Leverage Amazon's Marketing and Vendor Services to achieve defined growth objectives and capture market share.
  • Own the execution of the pureplay channel growth plan including trade spend, merchandising, and marketing strategies
  • Lead JBPs, line reviews, and all other customer touchpoints.
  • Leverage the Digital Center of Excellence team, external partners and capabilities to ensure we have above fair share of Page 1 search, with best-in-class PDP scores, ratings & reviews, and effective content.
  • Continue to develop our relationships with 3p distributions models and develop a robust marketplace strategy that delivers for consumers and drives incremental sales.
  • Develop and maintain customer portfolio strategy and toolkit and as needed, present insights to the marketing and creative team.
  • Leverage sales data, insights & analytics, daily performance metrics, and other available data sets to optimize product assortment and merchandising efforts to flex budget for maximum ROI.
  • Combine best-in-class industry, competitive landscape, and market trend knowledge with account-specific insights to uncover and recommend additional revenue growth opportunities.
  • Define and build internal cross functional followership supporting Lindt's sustainable growth strategy across Amazon's different business models.

Fiscal Responsibility

  • Manage P&L achieving sales and profitability targets within budget guidelines.
  • Develop annual budget requirements and identify cross functional resources.
  • Provide timely and accurate volume forecasts to ensure customer service expectations are met.
  • Analyze Trade Promotion and Marketing Investments to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Fluent digital and eComm capabilities
  • Knowledge of PPC/DSP advertising and key metrics
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Working understanding of Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Ability to multi-task several critical projects and complete requests on time
  • Strong interpersonal and fact-based selling and negotiation skills; results-oriented
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical and formal presentation skills
  • Understanding of eCommerce fulfillment models
  • Team oriented with the ability to work with in performance teams
  • Possess a growth mindset and a passion for Digital Commerce.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Total Rewards:

Compensation Range: $113,250 - $147,350

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
