Position Purpose:
We are seeking a Brand Management MBA Intern for the Summer of 2026 to contribute subject matter expertise that will support Lindt USA and our newest growth initiative, Lindt Dubai Style Chocolate. The intern will be responsible for one to three marketing projects, which will include planning and executing select marketing mix activities. Project focus areas will be determined by business needs and may include new product development, packaging, pricing, and promotion analysis.
What To Expect as a Lindtern:
The twelve-week Lindternship program provides hands-on experience, enabling undergraduate and graduate students to develop practical skills while making meaningful contributions to projects that have a direct impact on our business. Interns will be paired with mentors, participate in professional career development workshops and sessions, and attend networking events to connect with other team members.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Participate in and help lead teams to successfully achieve project objectives
- Communicate effectively by crafting messages tailored to target audiences
- Collaborate with fellow team members to plan and execute marketing initiatives
- Apply marketing mix tools, leadership and organizational skills to successfully complete one to three specific marketing projects, such as product development, consumer promotions and advertising, brand and pack analysis, category and portfolio management and competitive evaluation
- Develop relevant and profitable products for key Lindt brands by working closely with multi-functional teams, ultimately ensuring continued growth in the marketplace
- Engage with trade marketing and field sales to ensure integration and alignment, facilitating effective communication and implementation of marketing programs within key account channels and customers
- Analyze business results and present key learnings, opportunities, and recommendations to management
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
- Basic understanding and experience using marketing mix tools
- Experience with syndicated data tools (Circana/Nielsen) is preferred
- Previous experience in marketing and/or exposure to the US consumer packaged goods industry is a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
- Highly motivated, flexible, and energetic
- Proven problem-solving skills required
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and multi-tasking capabilities
- Ability to participate in and lead teams to successfully achieve project objectives
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, tailoring messages for target audiences
- Strong written and analytical skills required
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Strong creative capabilities
Education:
- Must be currently enrolled in an MBA program.
Total Rewards:
Compensation Range: $45 an hour

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
