Position Purpose:
The individual in this position is responsible for the supervision of all warehouse staff ensuring a safe, efficient and accurate operation of the department and its functions. This includes the receipt, shipment, transfer and order fulfillment to support the internal manufacturing environments, as well as our external customer base.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
- Oversees the receipt, data entry, inspection, put-away and transfer of all materials used within the manufacturing environment are performed in an accurate and expedited fashion to maintain an efficient and continuous flow of produced goods.
- Ensures the functions within the order fulfillment processing environments (including order picking, processing, and shipping) are performed in an accurate and expedited fashion to support excellent customer service and continued sales of our products.
- Ensures that functions performed are managed to optimize labor and productivity of the employees. Management of time, attendance and productivity are a requirement of this function.
- Hires, develops and motivates warehouse staff to fulfill warehouse requirements and develops a flexible, knowledgeable workforce.
- Develops, executes and maintains safety procedures in order to maintain a safe work environment, minimizes accidents and company liability. Monitors, audits and documents safety program compliance and employee awareness. Communicates issues and takes corrective action when safety issues arise.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Required
- Minimum 5-8 years supervisory experience in a warehousing environment
- Safety and food safety experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with a WMS software
Preferred
- 3 plus years of leadership experience
- Experience with JDE or SAP (EWM)
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
- Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse practices and processes
- Understanding of GMP & SOP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with a computer and with MS software
- Able to excel in a fast paced environment
Preferred
- RF (Radio Frequency) experience
Education:
Required
- High School Diploma
Preferred
- Associates degree in a related major or equivalent on the job experience
Other Requirements:
- Travel up to 3 times per year
- Flexible shift work required
- Weekend work required
Total Rewards:
Compensation: $77,000 - $100,000

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
