Position Purpose:
As a Trade Finance Supervisor, your role is pivotal in overseeing and optimizing the financial processes and systems integral to trade planning, tracking, and management within the Wholesale division. You will lead a team of specialists responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in trade spending activities, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Finance, RGM, Customer Marketing and Customer Service. Your objective is to maintain standard and controlled processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trade profitability. Additionally, you will provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability across all trade finance operations.
This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in our Stratham, NH corporate office.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Accountable for the Trade Finance Specialists to accurately ensure the integrity of the data in the TPM system, improving procedures and mitigating any financial risk.
- Hire, train, and coach the team to improve skills and ensure goals continue to be met.
- Comprehensive understanding of trade management processes and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.
- Identify and execute projects that improve the performance and efficiency of the team to improve customer planning and trade promotion process.
- Responsible for maintaining workload balance within the team.
Internal & External Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop and implement planning and open deduction KPI’s to drive accountability and publish monthly.
- Provide in-depth analytical reports for open liability. These reports provide Sales Managers with detailed information about their annual trade spend which provides better visibility of overall trade spend.
- Analyze variance between SAP ERP and TPM.
- Partner with Customer Marketing Team to be sure all programs being offered to Sales are captured in our Trade System.
- Provide a monthly Trade Management review package, providing analysis and communicate this information to senior management.
- Provide in-depth reporting for trade planning YTD vs YAG, planned and actuals.
- Manage TPM training being sure that all training material is available for our online training sessions required to educate our Sales Team and Broker Community on the trade system and trade requirements.
Business Systems Development:
- Partner with IT dept. and LSNA to initiate, develop and implement key operating procedures and processes for the business groups associated with TPM.
- Provide assistance with implementations and system enhancements. Assist in the maintenance and improvement of the Trade Management process, including testing and implementing system enhancements.
- Provide recommendations for improving the process and system.
- Provide assistance to Trade Finance Manager with yearly audit requests, confirming PPG’s for pricing, developing an executive summary that has relevancies for senior management.
- Actively participate in developing systems which will provide improved tools for business management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Trade Management System (TPM) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with BW and BI reporting, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to navigate complex business systems and processes, with experience in initiating, developing, and implementing key operating procedures.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required

- Travel 5% - 10%
Total Rewards:
Compensation Range: $79,222 - $103,670

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
