What To Expect as a Lindtern:
Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business. During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members. Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry. If you’re driven by innovation, inspired by quality, and eager to grow in a collaborative environment, this is the place for you.
Our program is based at our Lindt USA HQ in Stratham, NH.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek candidates who:
- Are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with graduation between December 2026 and June 2028
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a collaborative spirit
- Are excited to contribute to Lindt’s mission and values
- Demonstrate initiative by stepping into leadership roles and driving results
- Simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly
- Demonstrate agility in fast-paced environments
- Pursue opportunities to expand your skill set
What Do Lindterns Work On?
Intern projects at Lindt USA are designed to make a real impact on our business, our brands, and your career. Interns contribute to meaningful initiatives that drive our mission forward. When applying, applicants will select a function that they most want to pursue for their internship experience:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Operations (Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Order Management)
- Finance
- Human Resources
- Research & Development / Quality Assurance / Packaging
- Maintenance/Controls
Total Rewards:
Compensation Range: $20 an hour

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location. Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions. A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
