Student Opportunities
Our unique and inclusive “Lindternship” program offers competitive hourly compensation, hands-on experience, continuous learning, and fun engagement activities outside of the office for our student Lindterns. Undergraduate and graduate students can complete three-month or six-month assignments in departments such as Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Demand Planning, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Sales, Logistics, and E-commerce. As part of their program, our Lindterns participate in meaningful projects that make an impact across the organization.
My internship at Lindt was an invaluable experience that I will look back on fondly for the rest of my life. I couldn't have had a better internship; I gained valuable hands-on experience in my field, met lifelong friends, and lived in a beautiful part of the country.
