The Value You Will Add: We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will hold critical role of financial management of the Product Development/Innovation Process. Your strong background in Product Costing (COGS) and Commercial Finance will help you serve as the key business partner to the Marketing organization. Additionally, your experience will be relied upon in the areas of: Financial support of the New Product Development Process and Annual Marketing Plan Dialogue (MPD), product costing, variance analysis, reporting, projects, monitoring and improving procedures, and communicating issues to Senior Management in a timely manner. You will also ensure that corporate and internal obligations are met and work to assure the assets of the company are protected.

The Location:Lindt (USA) is based in Stratham, NH. Our employees live and work just minutes from local beaches, skip over to Massachusetts or Maine for weekend outings, and enjoy hundreds of restaurants, boutiques, theaters and breweries in neighboring Portsmouth, NH.

Requirements

The Skills That Will Make You Successful in This Role:

Required, but not limited to

 

  • Minimum 7+ years financial experience
  • Expert in Excel and proficient in PowerPoint, Word and an ERP (JDE) system
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proven understanding of processes & procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with and advise assigned business groups to achieve desired results
  • Presentation skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS software and an ERP system
  • Bachelor's degree

 

Preferred

  • Experience within the CPG/FMCG industry
  • 4+ years financial experience in Commercial Finance and COGS (manufacturing environment
  • MBA
