At Lindt (USA), we believe in raising each other up, embracing our differences, and continually improving. Our employee-led Diversity & Inclusion Committee taps into the passion, energy, interests, and strengths of Lindt (USA) employees to advance diversity and inclusion throughout the company. Based on employee focus groups and feedback sessions, the committee launched three vibrant Employee Resource Groups that enrich our company culture while opening new avenues of engagement and support for employees:

Women’s Inclusive Network
Provides mentoring, relationship-building, and networking opportunities for women at Lindt.
Culture & Heritage
Provides companywide connection, relationship-building, and support to our Lindt employees of color and diverse ethnicity.


PRIDE (LGTBQ+)
Provides connection, support, and engagement within our Lindt LGTBQ+ community.

The ERGs help us celebrate our differences and recognize how they strengthen our organization by providing different experiences and perspectives. I love being able to work with many different people throughout the company from operations to corporate to field sales and retail – especially when we can elevate each other’s voices and bring our visions to life.
